Vaporesso Armour Vape Kits
The Vaporesso Armour range is the brand's rugged, performance-led family of pod-mods and sub-ohm kits. Every kit runs on Vaporesso's own AXON chipset and is engineered through parent company SMOORE, the world's largest atomisation technology company.
Every genuine Vaporesso Armour kit supplied through authorised UK distribution is built to UK TPD standards. Each one carries the manufacturer warranty against dead-on-arrival faults.
The current Vaporesso Armour lineup splits cleanly across two draw styles:
-
Armour G and Armour GS sit at the entry of the family as MTL-to-RDL pod-mods, both using a 4ml refillable GTX cartridge.
-
Armour Ultra and Armour Ultra Mod sit at the top as DTL sub-ohm vape kits, running the iTank T tank on Vaporesso's GTi dual-mesh coil platform.
Buying through an authorised UK channel matters with this range. Counterfeit Vaporesso kits are common online and can fail to fire correctly on regulated mods.

Armour G and Armour GS share the Armour G / GS refill pod cartridge, so spare pods cross both kits.
Ultra Kit and Ultra Mod use a 510 sub-ohm tank. The Ultra Kit includes the iTank T fitted, and the Ultra Mod is sold mod-only for vapers pairing their own.
Vaporesso Armour Ultra Kit
The Vaporesso Armour Ultra Kit is the high-output option in the range. A 5500mAh internal battery drives a 100W AXON chipset across Boost, Pulse, Eco and Temperature Control modes.
The iTank T sub-ohm tank takes GTi 0.2 ohm and 0.4 ohm dual-mesh coils. IP68 sealing, IP69K hot-water-jet resistance and MIL-STD-810H shock certification give the Ultra Kit a fully ruggedised build, in a body 25% smaller than the previous Armour S.
Vaporesso Armour Ultra Mod
The Vaporesso Armour Ultra Mod uses the same 5500mAh battery and 100W AXON chipset as the Ultra Kit. It is sold standalone for vapers already using an iTank T or another 510 sub-ohm tank.
Vaporesso Armour G Pod Vape Kit
The Armour G Pod Vape Kit is the GTX-platform pod-mod, sitting one step below the Ultra. A 3000mAh built-in battery, 80W output and 4ml refillable GTX pod combine MTL, RDL and DTL draw in a single device.
AXON Chipset in the Vaporesso Armour Range
The AXON chipset is the technology inside every Vaporesso Armour kit. It is fast firing, holds wattage steadily through long inhales, and includes smart safety protections. The result is a smoother high-power vape than a basic regulated mod.
The Armour Ultra Kit and Armour Ultra Mod run the current 100W AXON chipset. Both have Smart features and Boost, Pulse, Eco and Temperature Control modes. You get responsive ramp-up under sub-ohm coils and consistent wattage on long inhales.
Safety covers short-circuit, low-resistance and battery-temperature cut-offs.
The Armour G runs the 80W version of the chipset, tuned for the GTX pod platform. AXON is what makes the Armour family feel closer to a regulated sub-ohm mod than a basic vape mod at the same price point.
How to Choose a Vaporesso Armour Kit
Pick by draw style first, then by ruggedisation level. The Vaporesso Armour family splits cleanly across two formats.
For DTL sub-ohm vaping with shortfill
The Vaporesso Armour Ultra Kit is the all-in-one choice. You get 100W output, the iTank T tank and GTi coils included.
For vapers who already own a 510 sub-ohm tank, the Armour Ultra Mod gives the same chipset and battery for less outlay.
For MTL-to-RDL pod-mod vaping with nic salts
The Armour G is the standard size and the Armour GS is the more compact version. Both share the same 4ml refillable GTX pod cartridge, so spare pods are interchangeable.
The Armour G suits vapers who want pod simplicity with stepped-up battery life and wattage control, compared with a basic pod kit.
The wider Vaporesso range
The wider Vaporesso brand range sits alongside Armour with three other flagship families.
The Vaporesso XROS is the pod range for slim MTL vaping. The Vaporesso Luxe family covers hybrid pod kits with DTL and MTL airflow control.
Pod platforms are not interchangeable across families, so spare pods stay within their own line.
Replacement Parts for Vaporesso Armour Kits
Wear parts for the Vaporesso Armour family split by format. Sub-ohm kits use GTi coils. Pod-mods use the shared 4ml GTX refill pod cartridge.
The Armour Ultra Kit and Armour Ultra Mod take Vaporesso GTi coils across the 0.2 ohm to 0.5 ohm range. All are dual-mesh construction for warmer, richer vapour.
The full GTi line sits alongside the GTX platform on the Vaporesso coils page.
The Armour G / GS refill pod cartridge sells as a 2-pack and is the only pod the Armour G and Armour GS need. Both kits run the same 4ml refillable pod with a leak-tight side fill port and a built-in mesh coil head.
Older Vaporesso Armour Sub-Families
Three older Vaporesso Armour sub-family names still appear in search.
Armour S
The Armour S vape kit is the previous-generation mid-tier sub-ohm kit. It is also searched in colour variants like Armour S Mod Black, Armour S Mod Green and Armour S Mod.
It still circulates second-hand but is no longer a current stock line. The Armour Ultra Kit is the direct upgrade, with a 100W chipset, the iTank T tank and a 25% smaller body.
Armour Pro and Armour Max
The Armour Pro and Armour Max are older lines too. Stock and matching coil availability are both limited.
Vapers coming from a Pro or Max now look at the Armour Ultra Kit. Pairing the Armour Ultra Mod with a 510 sub-ohm tank gives the same DTL experience.
E-Liquid for Vaporesso Armour Kits
Match the e-liquid to the Vaporesso Armour kit format. Sub-ohm kits in the Armour family pair with high-VG shortfill, and pod-mods pair with nic salt.
For Armour Ultra Kit and Ultra Mod
Pick a 70/30 or 80/20 VG/PG shortfill e-liquid, and add a nic shot if you want nicotine.
The high-VG mix matches the lower-resistance GTi dual-mesh coils and gives the cloud and flavour the Armour line was built for.
For Armour G and Armour GS
The refillable pod cartridge suits a 50/50 nic salt e-liquid at 10mg or 20mg.
The MTL-to-RDL draw style and the higher-resistance GTX pod work best with a thinner nic salt mix rather than a high-VG shortfill.
