About Elf Bar
Shenzhen iMiracle Technology makes Elf Bar, the same company behind Lost Mary. You'll see it written as Elfbar too, one word, no space. Started in 2018 with disposables, got absolutely massive in the UK, then moved the whole lineup over to rechargeable Elf Bar kits ahead of the June 2025 ban.
Seven product lines now, from the compact 600 right up to the 4-in-1 Ultra 50. QUAQ coil technology sits inside every prefilled pod. You're not filling, priming, or fiddling with coils on any of them. Pod goes in, you draw, that's it.
What's actually in the pods? PG, VG, nicotine salt, and food-grade flavourings. Standard 20mg across the board, with 10mg available in some ElfLIQ bottled vape juice. All Elf Bars sold in the UK meet TPD standards and pass UK safety testing.
Elf Bar Flavours
Over 50 Elf Bar flavours at last count. Fruity and iced options sell the fastest, with Blue Razz Lemonade, Strawberry Ice, and Blueberry Sour Raspberry always near the top. Taste holds up well from start to finish too, no drop-off towards the end of the pod like you get with some cheaper brands.

Worth knowing that not every flavour is in every product line. Dual 10K and the 600 have the biggest selection. Newer kits like the JoinOne15 are still adding to their range.
ElfLIQ nic salts use the same flavour recipes but in 10ml bottles at £1.99 each. Handy if you already own a refillable pod kit from any brand and want the Elf Bar taste without the prefilled pods.
Kits and Refill Pods
Each product line has its own kit and its own Elf Bar refills. Pods from one range won't fit another, with one exception: the Dual 10K and 4-in-1 Ultra 50 share the same pods.

Puff counts are approximate and vary depending on how you vape.
Inside every prefilled pod is 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid with QUAQ coils doing the heating. Can't crack them open and fill your own liquid in. When a pod's done, the whole pack gets swapped for a fresh one. Only the ELFX Mega breaks the mould here, that one's a refillable kit where you add whatever e-liquid you want.
How long between pod changes? Depends how much you're on it. A 600 pod might last a day, maybe two if you're light on it. Something like the Dual 10K or JoinOne15 could stretch to a week or longer.
QUAQ Mesh Coils
QUAQ mesh coil technology sits inside every prefilled pod in the range. Mesh heats a bigger surface area than a standard round wire coil, so the vape juice warms through more evenly. The end result is a better taste that holds up from your first draw right through to when the pod runs dry.
You never touch the coils yourself, they're sealed in the pod. No priming, no swapping coil heads. The MTL (mouth to lung) draw across all kits is tight and cigarette-like, which works well with the 20mg strength.
After the Disposable Ban
Single-use vapes got banned in the UK on 1 June 2025. Everything sold now is rechargeable with replaceable pods. Same flavours, same nic salt strength, same coil tech. Just a different format.
If you're switching from disposables and not sure where to start, we've been talking people through it since the ban was first announced.
