Shane founded Ecigone in 2014 after quitting smoking by switching to a vape. Eleven years later he runs one of the UK’s most awarded online vape shops, and is quoted by the national press on vaping, the vape duty and safety.

From smoker to vape retailer

Shane smoked for years before switching to a vape, and it was the change that finally worked. In 2014 he started selling imported kits on eBay from his garage in Chesterfield.

He opened a first shop in 2015, launched Franklin Vape e-liquid and took Ecigone online in 2016.

Every kit we sell is someone’s chance to stop smoking. That’s why I started Ecigone, and it’s still why we do it.
