Vaporesso Armour G Pod

Vaporesso Armour G / GS replacement pods are empty refillable pods that take GTX coils separately. Two pod variants available: a DTL pod with wider airflow channels for sub-ohm vaping, and an MTL pod with restricted airflow for tighter draws. Both variants fit the Armour G and Armour GS kits without any adapters needed.

Each Armour G pod holds XL capacity with adjustable top airflow that you twist to open or close. Top airflow means there are no holes on the bottom of the pod for liquid to leak through. That's a step up from most pod kits where leaking comes from below. GTX coils push into the base and your kit reads the resistance automatically. The drip tip pulls out for cleaning or swapping if you want a different mouthpiece. Pods are sold in 2-packs and GTX coils are sold separately.

The DTL pod pairs with the 0.2 and 0.3 ohm GTX coils and has wider internal airflow channels for bigger clouds. The MTL pod takes the 0.6, 0.8 and 1.2 ohm coils with narrower channels that give you a tighter pull closer to a cigarette.

Both pods look similar from the outside but the internal airflow path is different, so make sure you pick the right variant for your coil.

These pods are empty - you buy the GTX coils separately and push them into the pod base before filling. When a coil burns out you just swap it rather than replacing the whole pod. That keeps the running cost down compared to sealed pod kits.

Armour G Pod vs Tank

People often search for the Armour G "tank" but it actually uses pods. They work in a similar way to a traditional tank though. You install a GTX coil, fill with e-liquid and clip the pod into the kit magnetically rather than screwing it on like a traditional tank. Pods are lighter and easier to swap than a glass tank. The magnetic connection means you can pull them out to refill without any threading.
