A vape kit is everything you need to start vaping. Battery or mod, tank or pod for e-liquid, and a coil to heat it into vapour. Most include a charging cable and at least one coil in the box.

Pod Vape Kits

Compact and refillable. Pods click in instead of screwing on a tank. Draw-activated firing means they work when you inhale - same as a disposable. Some have button activation too.

Pod vape kits run MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping with a tight draw that mimics smoking. Nic salts or 50/50 liquids at 10-20mg work best. Batteries range from 700mAh up to 2800mAh+. Most charge in under an hour via USB-C.

Coils

Replaceable coils slot into the tank or pod. Change every 1-2 weeks. Mesh coils outlast wire coils and taste better. Check coil availability before buying - some brands stock easier than others.

Tank/Pod Capacity

UK TPD rules cap tanks and pods at 2ml. Some kits have bubble glass available separately to extend capacity. Heavy vapers benefit from bigger tanks.

Wattage

Pod kits run fixed wattage, usually 10-30W. Box mods go variable from 5W to 200W+. Higher wattage means more vapour but drains batteries faster. Stay within your coil's recommended range.

Airflow

Adjustable airflow controls draw tightness. Tight for MTL. Open for DTL. Fixed airflow is simpler but locks you into one style.
