Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K Refill & Replacement Pods
These Hayati Pro Ultra refill pods are the replacement set for the Pro Ultra Plus 25K kit. Every pack is a 25000 puffs refill, as a dual flavour pairing or a single flavour.
Each pack holds one 2ml prefilled pod and two 10ml auto-fill containers, one per flavour. That gives 22ml of e-liquid in total and up to 25,000 puffs across both profiles. The pod and its two containers are sold only as one matched pack.
Dual Flavour Twist Mechanism
To switch flavour, lift the mouthpiece up, turn it 180 degrees and put it back down. The screen shows L or R, so you can see which side you are vaping. Each side has its own coil and its own 10ml auto-fill container, so the two flavours stay separate.
Auto-Fill Refill Pods
The two 10ml auto-fill containers feed e-liquid into the 2ml pod as you vape. That keeps each coil saturated from the first puff to the last. There is no manual filling, no priming bottle, no leaks at the join. Once both are empty, lift the mouthpiece section out of the kit. Slide in the two tanks from a fresh pack and push it back down.

How to Replace Hayati Pro Ultra Plus Pods
Replacing a used pack with a fresh one takes under a minute. Follow these five steps to change the pods.
- Lift the mouthpiece section straight up and out of the kit.
- Slide the two empty tanks off the sides of the mouthpiece section.
- Take the two tanks out of the new pack and remove any stickers or seals.
- Slide one tank into each side of the mouthpiece section, each in its own slot.
- Line the section up and push it back down into the kit until it sits flat, then draw to vape.

Hayati Pro Ultra Plus Kit Compatibility
These refill packs fit the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K kit body only. They will not fit the original 15K kit, the Pro Max Plus, or any other Hayati device. Each pack is a self-contained pod and auto-fill container unit. There is no separate tank to buy and no manual filling. If you need a starter kit with the device and a first pack, the 25K kit comes ready to vape. If you own the Pro Max Plus 6000, its Pro Max Plus refill pods are a different pack entirely.
Refillable Format and TPD Compliance
The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus is TPD compliant and MHRA registered. The 2ml prefilled pod sits within the TPD pod limit. The 10ml auto-fill container is regulated separately as a refill container under the same rules. The kit is rechargeable over USB-C and takes replaceable pods. That puts it outside the June 2025 single-use disposable rules, so it stays legal for UK sale.
