Elf Bar AF5500 refill pods are the refill packs for the AF5500, the reusable kit that replaced the AF5000 disposable. Each pack has a 2ml pod and a 10ml refill container, 12ml of 20mg nic salt in all.
They fit the Elf Bar AF5500 kit, so you keep the kit, charge it over USB-C and only change the pack. Pick your flavour below.
Help & Guides
Every AF5500 refill pack pairs a 2ml pod with a 10ml refill container that keeps the pod fed as you vape. Elf Bar makes the packs for the AF5500 only, and gave the kit a 1000mAh battery so one full charge lasts through all the e-liquid in a pack.
If you are looking for Elf Bar AF5000 refills, the AF5500 is what replaced them. The AF5000 was a 5000 puff disposable, and disposable vapes have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025. Elf Bar calls the AF5500 its updated reusable version: you keep the kit, charge it over USB-C and push in a new refill pack when the e-liquid is used up.

The Elf Bar AF5500 comes in fruit and ice flavours, and Cherry Ice is the one our customers buy most. Strawberry Raspberry Cherry Ice comes next, then Lemon Lime and Sour Pineapple Ice. Every flavour is 20mg nic salt, and these are the Elf Bar AF5500 flavours we sell:
No. The AF5000 is a disposable: Elf Bar built it with automatic e-liquid filling inside, and it is not made to be opened or refilled. AF5500 refill packs do not fit it either, because Elf Bar makes them for the AF5500 only.
The AF5500 is the reusable answer, and you still do not fill it from a bottle. A new refill pack pushes into the kit, and the 10ml container feeds the 2ml pod as you vape. If you would rather fill pods yourself, refillable Elf Bar kits take ELFLIQ nic salts.
You refill an Elf Bar AF5500 by fitting a new refill pack, in the five steps Elf Bar gives:
The battery indicator shows when the kit needs charging, and you can see how much e-liquid is left in the container.
AF5000 refills are now AF5500 refill packs, and every flavour above shows its current price. UK orders over £30 get free delivery. Because the kit is reusable, after the first kit you only buy refill packs.
