How to Request a Price Match

If you find the same product at a lower price on another UK website, just look for the "Price Match This Product" button on the product page. Click it, enter your email address, phone number, the lower price you’ve seen, and paste the link to where you found it.

Once our team verifies the price, we’ll send you a one-time discount code to match it. You can then apply that at checkout.

Please note that we only price match against UK-based retailers, not direct-from-China sites or drop-shipping stores.

What Qualifies?

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be identical (same brand, model, size, etc.)
  • The item must be in stock and available to purchase at the matched retailer
  • The retailer must be a UK-based online store
  • The price must be publicly advertised and not part of an email promotion or exclusive offer

A Few Terms

Please note the following exclusions to our Price Match Promise:

  • We don’t match prices from eBay, Amazon, or private sellers
  • We can’t match promotional bundles, loyalty discounts, or voucher codes
  • Price Match cannot be combined with other discounts or sales on our site
  • Only valid for online purchases
