Vaporesso GTi Dual Mesh Coils

Vaporesso GTi coils are sub-ohm dual mesh replacement coils for the iTank 2 and iTank T. Four resistances from 0.15Ω to 0.5Ω cover DTL and RDL vaping. Every GTi coil uses a lattice mesh pattern that spreads heat more evenly than standard mesh.

These are different from GTX coils. GTi coils only fit the iTank 2 and iTank T sub-ohm tanks, not the Luxe X or Armour G pod kits. If you've got a Gen Max, Gen SE, Armour Max, Armour S, or Armour Ultra with an iTank 2 or T, these are your coils. Sold in packs of five.

GTi Coil Compatibility

GTi coils fit the iTank 2 and iTank T sub-ohm tanks. Any Vaporesso kit that ships with one of those tanks takes GTi coils.

The 0.15Ω runs hottest and gives the thickest clouds. The 0.2Ω is the most popular GTi resistance for everyday DTL vaping at a slightly lower wattage.

The 0.4Ω still gives decent clouds but with a slightly tighter draw. The 0.5Ω is the coolest vape in the GTi range and runs at the lowest wattage. Both work best with 70/30 rather than max VG.

What Vaporesso kits do GTi coils fit?

Vaporesso GTi coils fit any kit that uses the iTank 2 or iTank T. That's the Gen Max, Gen SE, Armour Max, Armour S, and Armour Ultra. They don't fit GTX pod kits like the Luxe X or Armour G.

What's the difference between GTi and GTX coils?

GTi coils are sub-ohm single or dual mesh coils for the iTank 2 and iTank T tanks. GTX coils are single or dual mesh coils for pod kits like the Luxe X, Luxe XR, and Armour G. They're two separate coil platforms and don't cross-fit.

What wattage should I use with the GTi 0.2Ω coil?

The Vaporesso GTi 0.2Ω coil runs best between 60W and 75W. Start at 60W and work up until you find your sweet spot. Use high VG e-liquid (70/30 or higher) at this resistance.

Can I use nic salts with GTi coils?

These are sub-ohm coils running between 30W and 90W, so nic salts aren't a good match. The high wattage and low resistance would make 20mg nic salts too harsh. Stick with high VG shortfills or 0mg/3mg freebase e-liquids.
