Updated for the new UK rules from 29 October 2026

From 29 October 2026, new rules under the Tobacco and Vapes Act restrict the use of substantial discounts to promote vaping products, so we have updated the VIP Club to follow them. You earn points on the product, but not on the Vaping Products Duty in its price or the VAT charged on that duty, and one reward can be used per order. Your points balance and tier stay the same.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Create a free Ecigone account and you are in. You start as a Bronze member and get 100 bonus points when you place your first order.

You earn points on every order while signed in: 1 point per £1 of eligible spend at Bronze, rising to 1.75 at Platinum. You also get 100 bonus points on your first order, double points on one order in your birthday month, and points for reviews of products you have bought.

From 29 October 2026, new rules under the Tobacco and Vapes Act restrict the use of substantial discounts to promote vaping products. We have updated the VIP Club to follow them: one reward per order, and each reward needs a basket of at least three times its value.

No. You earn points on the product, but not on the Vaping Products Duty in its price or the VAT charged on that duty. Kits, batteries and accessories that contain no e-liquid carry no duty, so their full price earns points. Your points can be used on your whole basket, delivery aside.

Each reward needs a basket of at least three times its value: £2.50 needs £7.50, £5 needs £15, £10 needs £30, £25 needs £75 and £50 needs £150. Delivery is not included in the basket total.

You can use one reward per order. If you have enough points, choose a bigger reward instead, as long as your basket is at least three times its value.

A VIP reward cannot be combined with other discount codes, but it does work alongside our multi-buy offers.

Points expire 12 months after you earn them if you do not use them. We email you before any points are due to expire, so you have time to spend them.

There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver from £500, Gold from £1,000 and Platinum from £2,000 of eligible spend over 12 months. Each tier earns more points for every £1.

Your tier is based on your eligible spend over the last 12 months, so it can move down if your spending drops below the level for your tier. Points you have already earned stay in your account.

Points earned on items you return are removed from your balance.

Add your birthday to your account and you get double points on one order during your birthday month. Your birthday needs to be saved before the month starts, and once saved it can only be changed by our customer service team.
