Picking a flavour when you have just switched

Ex-smokers usually get on best with tobacco or menthol at first, because both are familiar and neither is sweet. Sweet recipes can feel pleasant for a day and then become hard to vape all the time, which is a common reason people drift back to cigarettes in the first fortnight.
