Vaporesso Pods

It depends on the kit. Every XROS kit takes a COREX 2.0 or COREX 3.0 pod. Luxe X, X2 and X3 take the Luxe X pod, Luxe XR, XR Max and XR Max 2 take the Luxe XR pod, and Luxe Q, Q2 and Q2 SE take the Luxe Q pod. Armour G and GS share one pod, the ECO Nano kits share one, and the Vibe SE 2 has its own. The table above lists every kit we stock.

Coil technology, not fit. COREX 2.0 is the morph mesh generation, which reads as warmer and denser. COREX 3.0 uses the Vaporesso Hive Mesh with the SSS seal, which they rate at 40% more aroma reproduction and 30% smoother airflow than the morph mesh it replaces. Both are 2ml, four to a pack, in the same five resistances, and both fit every XROS kit.

0.6 ohm is the lower resistance, so it draws more power and gives a warmer, looser draw with more vapour. It suits 50/50 e-liquid, or nic salt at 5mg or 10mg. 0.8 ohm is tighter and cooler, closer to a cigarette draw, lasts longer per pod and per charge, and suits 10mg or 20mg nic salt.

Within XROS, yes. Every XROS kit uses the same magnetic seat, so a COREX 2.0 or COREX 3.0 pod in any resistance fits any XROS kit, from the original through to the XROS 6 and the Mini Retro. The older kits cap at 16W to 18W, so 0.6 ohm and above suit them best. XROS pods do not fit Luxe, Armour, ECO Nano or Vibe kits.

No. COREX 2.0 and COREX 3.0 are both current and both still made. What has changed is the kits around them, as the XROS 5 and XROS 6 families have followed the XROS 4. The pods are unchanged and still fit every XROS kit, new or old.

No. Every XROS kit takes a refillable 2ml pod that you fill yourself from a 10ml bottle of nic salt or 50/50 freebase. Vaporesso's prefilled pods are the Dojo Blast range, and they fit the Dojo Blast kits only.

Not on the Dojo Blast. The pod is sealed and comes with its own refill container in the pack, which tops it up automatically as you vape. Once the container is empty the pack is finished. If you want to fill from a bottle, a refillable kit such as an XROS is the one to buy.

Not for e-liquid. UK rules cap a refillable pod at 2ml, so every Vaporesso pod here fills to 2ml however large the shell looks: the Armour pod is moulded to 5ml and the ECO Nano to 6ml, and both still fill to 2ml. For more e-liquid in one purchase, a prefilled Dojo Blast pack carries 10ml, a 2ml pod plus an 8ml refill container.

Five to ten fills is the usual range before the flavour drops off. There is no fixed number, because it is the coil inside the pod that wears, not the pod. Higher wattage, sweetened e-liquid and dark flavours all shorten it. Change the pod when the taste turns dry or burnt.

One to two weeks for most people, or nearer seven to ten days at heavy use. A 1.0 or 1.2 ohm pod lasts longest because it draws the least power. Priming a new pod and leaving it five minutes before the first puff makes more difference than anything else.

Match the e-liquid to the resistance. 0.8 ohm and above suit 10mg or 20mg nic salt and 50/50 freebase. 0.6 and 0.4 ohm suit 5mg nic salt, 50/50 or a 70/30 shortfill. A pod carrying a sub-ohm GTX coil, on the Luxe XR or the Armour, wants a 70VG shortfill. Thick high VG e-liquid in a tight mouth to lung pod will not wick and will burn the cotton.

Usually overfilling past the line, or vaping a pod that has not settled after filling. Fill to the line, leave it five minutes, and take slower draws. A little condensation in the airway is normal, so wipe the contacts with a tissue. A pod that leaks from new should be swapped.
