Most are prefilled pods that arrive filled with 20mg nic salt and click straight in. The ELFX range uses refillable pods instead, which you fill with your own e-liquid.

Elf Bar pods hold the e-liquid and the coil, so a fresh pod gives you fresh flavour without buying a new device. Most are prefilled: they arrive filled with 20mg nic salt, and you click a new one in when the old one is empty.
Bigger kits pair the pod with a refill container that tops it up as you vape, so each pod lasts longer. Pods you fill yourself are covered in the refillable section below.
Elf Bar pods are made for set kits, so match the pod to your device. A few fit more than one kit: Elf Bar 600 pods also fit the ELFA Turbo, Dual 10K refill pods also fit the 4-in-1 Ultra 50, and Plus refill pods fit both the Plus 12 and the Plus 50.

Elf Bar refillable pods, sometimes called cartridges, are empty 2ml pods for the ELFX range, in 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm. You fill them with bottled e-liquid and change the pod when the coil wears out.
They suit ELFLIQ nic salts, which come in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg, so a refillable pod is also the way to vape Elf Bar flavours below 20mg.
Any of our nic salt e-liquids will also work in a refillable pod.

Prefilled pods are not made to be refilled. The AF5500, Dual 10K, JoinOne and Plus pods are topped up by their own refill containers, not by hand.
The Elf Bar 4-in-1 Ultra 50 takes Dual 10K refill pods, so you refill it from the Dual 10K range in the chart above. Each Dual 10K refill pack gives you two flavours.
The amount of e-liquid is the clearest guide to how long a pod lasts. Puff counts are only approximate, because they change with how long and how often you draw. Each pack holds:
