IVG Smart Max 12ml Refill Pods

IVG Smart Max refill pods are the prefilled replacement pods for the IVG Smart Max 10K kit, the rechargeable upgrade from the legacy single-use Smart 5500.

Each Smart Max refill pod is a 12ml unit: a 2ml prefilled section on top and a sealed 10ml auto-refill container underneath. The container feeds liquid into the pod as you vape. No filling, no dripping, no priming.

Up to approximately 10,000 puffs per pod.

The range covers 30 flavours in 10mg and 20mg nic salt on identical hardware. No 0mg Smart Max option. That strength sits on the IVG Pro range only.

Which Kit These IVG Smart Max Refills Fit

IVG Smart Max refills fit the IVG Smart Max 10K rechargeable kit only. These IVG Smart Max pods are not cross-compatible with the IVG Pro 10K. IVG Pro 12, IVG 2400 4-in-1, IVG SAVR, IVG XL 35K or any other IVG kit family.

Different IVG platforms use different pod shapes and coil hardware.

How the Smart Max 12ml Pod Refills Itself

Each Smart Max refill pod is built in two halves that click together. A 2ml prefilled section on top holds liquid directly under the mouthpiece. TPD-compliant.

A 10ml auto-refill container underneath sends liquid up into the pod as you vape. You never fill it yourself.

Setting a Smart Max refill pod into the kit takes about 30 seconds:

1. Charge the Smart Max kit fully through the Type-C port before first use
2. Take the refill pod and 10ml container out of the Smart Max refill pack
3. Peel the protective stickers from the pod and the red rubber stopper on the container
4. Turn the red stopper anti-clockwise to release it
5. Click the 2ml pod down into the 10ml container until it locks
6. Slide the combined Smart Max refill unit into the kit until it sits flush
7. Leave it 2 to 3 minutes for the coil to soak before the first draw

From the second pod onward, skip the wait. The kit fires on inhale, no button needed.

Boost and Eco Performance on the Smart Max

The Smart Max has two performance modes that change how a refill pod behaves.

Eco mode

Lower wattage, lighter draw, cooler vapour. The pod and battery both stretch further in Eco.

Boost mode

More power to the mesh coil, warmer and denser vapour, stronger flavour. A flame icon shows on the screen when Boost is active.

Most people sit in Eco for everyday vaping and flip to Boost when they want a heavier hit. Boost is also useful at the bottom of a refill pod when liquid is running low. To toggle: three quick draws to switch to Boost, three more to switch back to Eco.

Replacing the Smart Max Pod

The Smart Max pod gives clear end-of-pack signals:

• The refill container reads empty - clear plastic shows liquid level at a glance
• Flavour goes dry or muted - mesh coil saturation drops near end of pod
• Vapour thins out - mesh coil heat profile changes when liquid runs low

Fit a fresh Smart Max pack, wait 2 to 3 minutes for the coil to soak, and carry on. Only the pod and container are replaced. The kit itself does not change.

Each Smart Max refill pod typically lasts approximately 7 to 10 days for a regular vaper, with heavier users finishing sooner and lighter users stretching further. Unopened pods keep flavour for around 12 to 18 months from manufacture. All usage durations are approximate and will vary with vaping style, puff length and frequency of use.
