Started Ecigone in 2014 from a garage with an eBay store and a small batch of products from China. Shane quit smoking through vaping over a decade ago and has driven the brand from a one-man operation to a five-time award-winning UK vape retailer. Leads SEO, marketing strategy, and the full custom site build.
Ellie
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Co-founded Ecigone alongside Shane. Runs the entire operation - warehouse, customer service, logistics, and team management. Works 7 days a week and still jumps on live chat and emails to help customers directly. The backbone of everything that happens behind the scenes.
Charlotte
Operations Manager
Ellie's second-in-command. Charlotte manages all warehouse staff and oversees thousands of daily orders. She keeps same-day dispatch running 7 days a week and still finds time to help with customer queries on live chat and email. The reason orders go out fast and accurately.
Mike (Mayank)
Lead Developer
As Lead Developer, Mike has brought features to the site that others said weren't possible. Part of Shane's close-knit backend team, he works day and night - sometimes 7 days a week - building a full custom site with unmatched speed and features designed to give customers the best experience from search to checkout.
