What Are Elf Bar Pods

Elf Bar pods are the refill and replacement pods that fit the rechargeable kits in the Elf Bar range. Every pod is either prefilled with 20mg nic salt and ready to vape, or refillable so you fill it yourself with any 10ml e-liquid. Eight families sit in the current catalogue, each one matched to its own device.

Each range is matched to one specific kit. The pod name and the kit name line up every time. If your kit reads AF5500, you need AF5500 refills. Read the device, match the pod.

Cross-Compatible Pods

Two cross-fits work across the range. Both are useful for opening up extra flavour choice from one device.

• 600 pods click into the Lost Mary Tappo kit. The connection is the same, so if you have a Tappo kit, the full 600 refill catalogue opens up alongside the Tappo refills.
• Dual 10K pods click into the 4-in-1 Ultra 50 kit. Same pod connection means one Ultra 50 device can hold a Dual 10K refill, doubling up your flavour options at the bigger 10,000-puff capacity.

Everything else stays kit-specific. AF5500, Plus 50, JoinOne15, ELFX, and Elfa pods do not swap between ranges. Forcing a wrong-fit pod into a different kit damages both.

Discontinued Pod Models and Alternatives

A few older models are no longer in production. Elf Bar 1200 pods were discontinued well before the disposable ban. If your old 1200 kit is still working, sourcing genuine 1200 replacement pods is not viable any more.

Three current-range alternatives cover most of what 1200 vapers were after:

How to Refill an Elf Bar Pod

This applies to the refillable side of the range (ELFX, Elfa) only. Prefilled pods cannot be refilled.

1. Pull the pod out of the kit so you can see the silicone fill port on the side.
2. Lift the silicone plug. Some ELFX pods have a hinged flap rather than a removable plug.
3. Insert your nic salt or 50/50 bottle nozzle and squeeze slowly. Stop when the pod is full. Overfilling causes leaks.
4. Close the silicone plug fully so it sits flush.
5. Wait around 5 minutes for the coil to soak before the first draw. Skipping this step burns the wick.
6. Click the pod back into the kit. Inhale to vape, no button press needed on these kits.

Each refillable pod handles multiple refills before flavour drops. When that happens, change the pod and start fresh.
