What does H3 mean on the IVG Pro 12 screen?

H3 means the pod isn't making contact properly. Pull it out, blow on the base to clear any liquid off the contacts, and push it back in until it clicks. If H3 stays on screen, try a different IVG Pro 12 pod to rule out a dud.

What does E1 mean on an IVG Pro 12?

Short circuit. The coil connection inside the pod has failed. Don't keep trying to vape on it. Swap to a fresh IVG Pro 12 refill pack and it should clear straight away.

What does E2 mean on the IVG Pro 12?

E2 is a low voltage warning. Plug it in and charge through USB-C. If E2 comes back after a full charge, the battery is likely done. You'll need a new IVG Pro 12 kit.

How many puffs does the IVG Pro 12 give you?

Approximately 10,000 from each pod and refill container set. That's 12ml of e-liquid total. Shorter draws will stretch it further, longer pulls will use it up faster. Most people get a couple of weeks out of one set.

Can you refill IVG Pro 12 pods with your own e-liquid?

No. They're sealed prefilled pods with a mesh coil fitted inside. Once the pod and container are empty you swap the whole set for a fresh one from the IVG Pro refill range. Nothing to open or fill.

Why is my IVG Pro 12 not charging?

Check the USB-C cable first. The IVG Pro 12 doesn't come with one in the box so if you're using an old cable it might not be making good contact. Try a different cable and a different plug. The LED should light up when it's taking a charge.
