The Elf Bar ELFX refillable pod cartridge fits every kit in Elf Bar's Elf Bar ELFX line — Base, Pro Classic Edition, Mini and Ultra. Each pack contains three 2ml top-fill pods with dual mesh QUAQ coils, available in a 0.6Ω RDL option or a 0.8Ω MTL option. Built for refilling with ElfLiq nic salts, the cartridge is the official replacement pod for the ELFX kit family. Note this cartridge does not fit the ELFX Mega — that kit uses a larger dedicated pod sold separately.

0.6Ω and 0.8Ω Resistance Options

The 0.6Ω cartridge runs at 25W and opens the draw into a restricted direct-lung style — warmer vapour, denser clouds and a livelier flavour hit. The 0.8Ω cartridge runs at 17W for a tighter mouth-to-lung pull that mirrors a cigarette draw, which is the better starting point for new vapers. Both share the same QUAQ dual mesh build, so the flavour profile carries between them; only the draw character changes.

QUAQ Dual Mesh Coil Performance

QUAQ is Elf Bar's name for its twin-mesh coil design. Two honeycomb-patterned mesh strips sit inside the cartridge instead of a single coil, which spreads the heat across a larger surface area. Wicking stays even, e-liquid burns cleaner and the coil avoids the early flavour drop-off that single-mesh pods suffer from. Expect around 25ml of e-liquid per cartridge before flavour starts to fade, with usable life stretching to roughly 100ml if you stick to lighter nic salt blends.

Top-Fill Design and Anti-Leak Build

Refills happen through a port on the top of the cartridge — no need to pull the pod apart, no thread to line up. The cartridge then locks back into the kit with a magnetic seat. Inside, four anti-leak layers protect against pocket leaks: a 360° silicone sealing ring around the coil, an absorbent polymer wrap, a leak-resistant chamber wall and an optimal saturation channel that controls how fast e-liquid reaches the mesh. Filled cartridges sit upright in a bag or pocket without weeping into the airflow.

Compatible Across the ELFX Kit Range

One cartridge format covers four kits. The original ELFX Base takes it, as does the Pro Classic Edition with its variable wattage cradle. The compact ELFX Mini accepts both resistances, and the ELFX Ultra — Elf Bar's touchscreen flagship — runs the 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω options as part of its broader 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω pod menu. Whichever kit you own, this pack drops straight in. The exception is the ELFX Mega, which uses a physically larger dedicated pod and is not cross-compatible with this cartridge.

Pairing with ElfLiq Nic Salts

ElfLiq is the in-house nic salt range from Elf Bar and the natural match for these cartridges. ElfLiq comes in 10mg and 20mg strengths across more than thirty flavours mirrored from the disposable line. The 0.8Ω cartridge handles 20mg comfortably for heavier ex-smokers; the 0.6Ω runs cooler with 10mg if you prefer a softer throat hit. Any 50/50 or high-PG nic salt from another brand will also work — just steer clear of high-VG shortfills, which the 2ml top-fill mesh is not built to handle.

How to Refill an ELFX Cartridge

• Pop the cartridge out of the kit.
• Lift the silicone bung on the top of the pod.
• Drip e-liquid down the side of the central airflow tube until the window reads almost full.
• Press the bung firmly back in.
• Slot the cartridge back into the kit.
• Stand it upright for three to five minutes before the first puff so the QUAQ mesh saturates.
