Elf Bar ELFX Replacement Pods

These are the 2.0 version of the refillable pods Elf Bar makes for its ELFX kits, sold in packs of three. Each 2ml pod fills from the top and has a vertical dual mesh coil in 0.6 ohm or 0.8 ohm.

Elf Bar says one 2.0 pod fits every ELFX device except the Mega, so the same pack works in the ELFX Ultra, the Pro, the Mini and the ELFX 2.

Vertical Dual Mesh Coil

The 2.0 pod has its two mesh coils built in, so there are no separate vape coils to fit, and stands them upright for a larger mesh area that Elf Bar says vaporises more e-liquid at once. The mesh is FeCrAl alloy, for durability and stable resistance. A wider chimney with a buffer space smooths the airflow, which Elf Bar rates at up to a 35% boost in flavour depth.

5A Leakproof and Child Lock

Elf Bar's 5A Leakproof design puts five layers around the e-liquid: dual plugs, an all-round seal, accurate saturation, a 2mm thickened absorbent layer and an anti-leak chamber. The fill plug comes in two parts, an outer silicone seal and an inner cross-shaped plug, so even if the outer one comes out by mistake, the inner one still holds.

0.6 or 0.8 Ohm ELFX Pods

Elf Bar's pod card lists the 0.6 ohm for RDL or MTL, and the 0.8 ohm for MTL only. On its ELFX chart the 0.6 ohm works at around 25W for rich flavour and dense vapour, while the 0.8 ohm sits around 17W for moderate flavour and ample vapour.

So the 0.6 ohm covers both draws and gives a looser, cloudier vape, while the 0.8 ohm keeps to a tight MTL draw. Both take nic salts up to the UK limit of 20mg. Our customers split almost evenly, with the 0.6 ohm just ahead.

ELFX Pods for the Pro, Mini, Ultra and ELFX 2

Elf Bar lists the 2.0 pod for the ELFX, ELFX Special Edition, ELFX Pro, ELFX Pro Classic Edition, ELFX Ultra, ELFX Mini and ELFX 2. One pack fits any of them, including the ELFX Pro Classic Edition.

The one exception is the ELFX Mega, which takes its own larger ELFX Mega pods.

How Long Do ELFX Pods Last?

Elf Bar's own savings sums assume one ELFX pod every 50 days, with 2ml of e-liquid a day. That is a guide rather than a promise, and Elf Bar notes results vary with how you vape.

The device makes a difference too. On ELFX kits with an Eco mode the two mesh coils take turns, which Elf Bar says doubles pod lifespan. The ELFX 2 goes further with QUAQ DURA Tech, rated for up to 3x pod lifespan on that device only.

For filling, Elf Bar pairs the pods with its own ELFLIQ nic salts and recommends a 50/50 VG to PG ratio.

How to Refill ELFX Pods

Elf Bar gives four steps, ending with a 5 minute wait before the first puff:

1. Gently pull the silicone plug open in the direction of the arrow.
2. Fill the pod with e-liquid.
3. Put the silicone plug back straight away to avoid leaks.
4. Wait 5 minutes before vaping, to avoid dry hits.

Use an e-liquid bottle whose nozzle fits the 3.3mm opening, refill before the pod is nearly empty, and empty it if you will not use the kit for a long time.
