Each pack contains a 2ml prefilled pod with a 1.1 ohm dual mesh coil built in, plus two sealed 10ml auto-refill containers. That gives 22ml of 20mg nic salt e-liquid per pack and up to approximately 35,000 puffs. One pack lasts roughly the equivalent of eleven standard 2ml prefilled pods.

The XL 35K pack uses a three-part auto-refill system. A 2ml TPD-compliant prefilled pod sits on top. Two sealed 10ml containers feed e-liquid up into the pod as you vape, one after the other.
The 1.1 ohm dual mesh coil is factory sealed inside the pod. No priming, no filling, no nicotine handling at any point.

Inside the 22ml Auto-Refill Pack
Each refill pack arrives in three parts. A 2ml prefilled pod on top, two 10ml containers underneath. The first container feeds e-liquid into the pod as you vape.
When it empties, swap it for the second. No filling, no dripping, no priming. The dual mesh coil handles the full 22ml.
Setting a fresh refill pack into the kit takes under a minute:
- Take the prefilled pod and one of the 10ml containers out of the pack
- Peel the protective stickers off the pod and the container stopper
- Click the pod into the kit, then slot the 10ml container underneath
- Wait 2 to 3 minutes for the coil to soak before the first draw
- When the first container empties, swap it for the second one from the pack
Auto-draw firing means no buttons while you vape. The button under the screen switches modes only.
Eco Mode and Boost Mode at 35,000 Puffs
Eco mode
Lower wattage, lighter draw, cooler vapour. The pack and battery both stretch further.
Boost mode
More power to the 1.1 ohm dual mesh coil, warmer and denser vapour, stronger flavour. Pack and battery drain faster.
Most people use Eco for everyday vaping and tap into Boost when they want a heavier hit. The kit screen reports battery level and remaining pod fluid. Tap the button under the screen to switch modes.
Replacing XL 35K Refill Pods
Look for these when the second container is nearing empty:
- The second 10ml container reads empty - clear plastic shows liquid level at a glance
- Flavour goes dry or muted - dual mesh coil saturation drops near end of pack
- Vapour thins out - coil heat profile changes when liquid runs low
Fit a fresh XL 35K pack, wait 2 to 3 minutes for the dual mesh to soak, and carry on where you left off. Only the pod and containers are replaced. The kit itself is unchanged.
An XL 35K refill pack typically lasts approximately 20 to 30 days for a regular vaper. With heavier users finishing in 10 to 14 days and lighter users stretching further. Unopened packs keep flavour for around 12 to 18 months from manufacture.
