How to charge the IVG 2400

Charge the kit body through the USB-C port at the base. A standard USB-C cable is not included in the pack.

Plug into a 2A wall adaptor or a powered USB port, and the LED on the body will glow steady while charging. A full top-up from empty takes around 45 to 60 minutes.

Twist base feels stiff or stuck

If the rotating base feels tight, twist firmly in one direction until the next pod clicks home. A small drop of resistance between pod positions is normal. If the base will not rotate at all, the kit may be on the last pod position - check the LED to confirm and recharge if needed.
