The Elf Bar Join One vape, the JoinOne 15 Classic, is a two part prefilled pod kit: a 150mAh Mini Unit that holds the pod, and a 1000mAh power pack that it clicks onto with a magnetic connection. Vape the Mini Unit on its own, or dock it for the HD screen and three power modes.

Each kit comes with one refill pack, a 2ml prefilled pod joined to a 10ml refill container, so 12ml of 20mg nic salt, with a dual mesh coil built in and no separate vape coil to change. Elf Bar rates it at approximately 15,000 puffs.

Solo or Combo Use

The Mini Unit is a vape in its own right. It holds the refill pack, has its own 150mAh battery and fires when you draw, so you can keep vaping while the power pack charges. Click it onto the 1000mAh power pack and the two lock together magnetically, adding the screen, the power modes and a much bigger battery. Pull them apart again whenever you want the smaller kit.

Power Modes and Airflow

With the Mini Unit docked, a single press on the power pack switches between Base, Mid and Turbo. Elf Bar sets them up so Base prolongs battery life and Turbo boosts flavour.

A slider underneath the kit adjusts the airflow: tight for a stronger draw and more concentrated flavour, loose for a smoother inhale.

Dynamic HD Screen

The screen on the front of the power pack shows your battery level, power mode and puff count in real time. Tap it to change the animation that plays as you inhale, and press and hold to change the brightness. The screen sits on the power pack, so the Mini Unit still vapes without it.

Elf Bar 15K Puffs

The Elf Bar 15K is the JoinOne 15 Classic, named after Elf Bar's rating of approximately 15,000 puffs per refill pack. The e-liquid is the surer guide: each one holds 12ml of 20mg nic salt, six times the 2ml in an Elf Bar 600 pod.

How long it lasts depends on how much you vape and which mode you use, since Turbo boosts flavour and Base prolongs battery life. When the container is empty, the whole pack comes out and a new one goes in. Elf Bar JoinOne pods come in the same 19 flavours as the kit.

Elf Bar JoinOne Battery

The JoinOne 15 Classic has two batteries: 150mAh in the Mini Unit and 1000mAh in the power pack, which Elf Bar calls the JoinOne device and says will last most vapers all day. Because the Mini Unit vapes on its own, you can carry on while the power pack charges.

Both parts are recharged rather than replaced, so after the first kit you only buy refill packs. Charge the power pack with a USB-C cable, which is not in the box.

How to Use the Elf Bar Join One

Elf Bar's own instructions for fitting a refill pack are:

1. Remove the silicone plug and the bottom sticker.
2. Attach the refill container to the pod.
3. Insert the assembled refill pack into the Mini Unit.
4. Draw on the mouthpiece to vape. The kit fires as you inhale.
5. For the screen and modes, click the Mini Unit onto the power pack, then press once to switch between Base, Mid and Turbo.

How to Turn On the Elf Bar JoinOne

There is no button to press to vape. The JoinOne is inhale activated, so it fires as soon as you draw with a refill pack in place. If nothing happens, check that the silicone plug and bottom sticker are off and that the pod is pushed fully into the Mini Unit, then charge the power pack.
