The Elf Bar AF5500 is the 2026 follow-up to the AF5000 - the AF5500 kit, also written AF5500 vape kit, AF5500 pod kit or refillable kit, and a high-capacity prefilled pod kit. One pack pairs a 2ml prefilled pod with a 10ml auto-fill refill container for roughly 12ml of e-liquid and approximately 5,500 puffs. The 1000mAh USB-C rechargeable battery covers the full pack, and the kit comes in 20mg (2%) nic salt only.

Each kit comes prefilled in your chosen flavour with a sealed matching 10ml auto-fill refill container in the pack. The pod is sealed, so when the pack runs out you buy a fresh AF5500 refill pack in any of the ten flavours. The body is compact, button-free, and inhale-activated with a USB-C port for charging.

AF5500 sits in Elf Bar's prefilled pod range alongside the Elf Bar 600 and the larger Plus 50. It offers the longest single-pack puff capacity of the prefilled range.

The AF5500 packs a 1000mAh internal battery, charged through the USB-C port on the base. That capacity covers a single pack without a mid-session top-up. Recharging uses standard USB-C, so any laptop, phone charger, or wall plug will do the job.

Each AF5500 pod runs Elf Bar's QUAQ mesh coil, the same coil family used across the Elfa Pro and AF range. QUAQ Tech pairs a fine quartz-fibre wick with a mesh heating element for consistent flavour. The result is a smoother MTL / RDL pull and less of the dry, burnt taste late in a pod's life.

How to Set Up the AF5500

• Unbox the device and remove the silicone seal from the pod.
• Click the prefilled 2ml pod onto the device.
• Charge through the USB-C port until the indicator settles.
• Inhale on the mouthpiece - the kit is auto-fire, no button required.
• When the prefilled pod runs low, attach the 10ml refill container to top it up.
• Once the refill empties, swap to a fresh AF5500 refill pack to keep vaping.
