Vaporesso Armour G 80W Pod Mod Kit

The Vaporesso Armour G is an integrated-battery pod mod with a 3000mAh internal battery and 5 to 80W adjustable output in a compact 113mm chassis, roughly 30% smaller than other pod mods at the same capacity. The leather grip wraps an aluminium frame, the 0.96-inch TFT screen is set flush above a metallic fire button, and the Armour G is part of the wider Vaporesso Armour family alongside Vaporesso's full vape range.

The Armour G ships as a DTL kit with two pre-installed GTX coils (0.2Ω and 0.4Ω mesh), a 2ml top-fill pod, a Type-C cable and a manual. If you'd prefer a removable 18650 battery, the Armour GS is the same chassis with an external battery instead.

3000mAh Mega Batt Keeps the Chassis Compact

The Armour G's 3000mAh battery uses Vaporesso's patented Mega Batt technology, which lets the chassis stay at 113 x 38 x 28mm despite the capacity inside, putting the size reduction at roughly 30% versus other pod mods of the same mAh. The leather wrap softens the edges for easier long sessions than a bare aluminium body.

Neo Pulse Mode and Smart Heating for Even Flavour

Inside, the Armour G uses the AXON chipset with Neo Pulse Mode, the upgrade to Vaporesso's earlier Pulse Mode. It holds voltage steady as the battery drains, so a 60W draw at full charge tastes the same as a 60W draw at 25%.

COREX heating in the GTX coils keeps the flavour profile consistent from first puff to last.

Top Airflow with 4-Level Adjustment

The pod fills airflow-up at the top of the device, so gravity stops e-liquid pooling against the airflow slot. The airflow ring clicks through four positions: fully open suits the 0.2Ω coil at 45 to 55W for cloud-leaning DTL, mid-positions tighten up for RDL at 26 to 32W with the 0.4Ω, and fully closed (with an MTL pod and 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω GTX coil, sold separately) gives a true cigarette-style mouth-to-lung draw.

Top-Filling 2ml Pod with SSS Leak Resistance

The 2ml refillable pod fills from the top through a silicone-plugged port. Pop the plug, tip in the e-liquid, close the plug, swap the pod back on.

Vaporesso calls the bottom-side seal "SSS leak resistant tech". In practice it's a sealed condensation chamber under the coil that catches the trickle of moisture that usually pools in the airflow channel of cheaper pods.

After the standard five-minute prime, the pod performs cleanly for the life of the coil. The 5ml international pod is restricted in the UK by TPD rules, so the kit ships with the 2ml UK pod.

0.96-Inch TFT Screen with 3 UI Themes

The 0.96-inch TFT colour display sets dead-centre above the fire button and offers three selectable UI themes (Race Car, General and RIM), each animating the puff counter, battery level and wattage differently.

Smart Mode auto-suggests the wattage for whichever GTX coil you've fitted. The result is that you don't have to manually dial in 30W after swapping from a 0.2Ω to a 0.4Ω.

Five rapid clicks on the fire button locks the device against pocket-fire.

Full Replacement Coil Platform Compatibility

The Armour G pod accepts the entire GTX coil range covering 0.15Ω, 0.2Ω, 0.3Ω, 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω mesh. That means the same device handles a 60W sub-ohm cloud setup today and a 12W MTL nic-salt setup tomorrow. The two coils in the box (0.2Ω and 0.4Ω) cover DTL and RDL out of the gate. For MTL you'll want a 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω plus an MTL pod. Vaporesso also sells an MTL-specific Armour G pod that swaps the wide airflow base for a tighter mouthpiece.

Replacement Pods and Coils

The Armour G uses the shared Armour G / GS replacement pod cartridge (sold in 2-packs), so the same refill pods fit both kits in the family. Coils swap into the pod via the press-fit base, no tools needed: prime the new coil with a couple of drops of e-liquid and leave it five minutes before firing.
