Centaurus M120 S Vape Kit

Most mouth to lung kits stop somewhere around 40W because that is all an MTL coil asks for. The Centaurus M120 S does not. It is an Lost Vape mod that goes to 120W with a dedicated MTL mode sat alongside Power and Turbo, so the tight draw you bought it for is there, and the headroom is there when you put something else on top.

The kit pairs the M120 S with the Centaurus Nano MTL Tank and two UB MTL coils, a 0.8ohm and a 1.2ohm. Out of the box it is set up for a tight, warm mouth to lung draw on nic salts.

The S is the built in battery version. If you would rather swap cells, the plain M120 takes a 21700 or an 18650 instead. The mod on its own is on our Centaurus M120 S Box Mod page.

Three Modes

MTL, Power and Turbo. MTL holds the output steady and low for a tight draw, and the wattage range it offers you shifts with the resistance of the coil fitted. Power is the normal wattage mode. Turbo pushes the front of the draw harder for a faster ramp. One kit covering the tight end and the loud end is unusual at this size.

5500mAh Built In

An MTL coil at 10W draws very little, so 5500mAh in a mod this size is several days rather than a day. Nothing to buy, nothing to charge in a separate bay, and no loose 18650 cells rattling about in a pocket.

The Screen and Six Themes

A 1.47 inch TFT, which is a big screen for a mod this size, and six layouts to choose between. Some are plain readouts, some are busier. They all show the same information, wattage, resistance, puff count and battery, just arranged differently.

The Centaurus Nano MTL Tank

The tank in the kit is 27mm across and 51.8mm tall, top filling, with the airflow control at the top so the base stays dry. It holds 4ml, which is 2ml on the UK TPD build, and a spare glass is in the box. The 0.8ohm coil sits at 7W to 11W and the 1.2ohm at 12W to 17W, both from the UB MTL line. It is a tidier build than most MTL tanks of this size.

Any 510 Tank You Like

The 510 is a standard one, so this is not a mod that locks you into one tank. Lost Vape name the Centaurus Sub Ohm and the Centaurus V2 Sub-Ohm Tank as the two obvious partners, and with 120W on tap either of them makes sense on it. An RTA works just as well.

Working the Buttons

A physical slide switch turns it on and off, which is the safest way to carry a mod. One click wakes the screen, three clicks opens the menu, holding for two seconds takes you back, and four clicks locks the wattage so it cannot be nudged in a pocket.

Colours

Four: Destiny Black, Destiny Gold, Destiny Orange and Pulsar Blue. Three of them carry a tarot card style figure pressed into a matte panel, and Pulsar Blue is the painted one, a gold swirl on deep blue.
