Smallest Touchscreen XROS Kit Yet

The Nano is the lightest pocket-pod in the touchscreen line at 86g, built on a compact alloy chassis just 80.1 x 54.3 x 22.2mm. Despite the tighter footprint it carries a slightly larger battery than the previous-generation Nano.

Approximately 100mAh more capacity - so daily MTL vapers still finish a working day on one charge. The square-edged body sits flat in a jeans pocket or coin pouch.

The included lanyard loop turns it into a wearable for festivals, walks, or shift work.

1.09-Inch Smart-Touch Display with 29 Themes

The 1.09-inch smart-touch screen runs at 311 PPI, so menu text, mode icons, and the battery percentage stay sharp under direct light. A horizontal swipe flips through 29 preinstalled animation themes - from neon clocks to retro pixel scenes.

And a downward swipe brings up puff count, total usage time, and the active power mode. There is no scrolling through buried sub-menus; everything sits one swipe from the home screen.

Five taps on the home button toggles the kit on or off, and a single tap brings the display back from sleep. Auto-draw still works on every pod, so the screen is a useful overlay rather than a step you have to learn.

Eco, Normal, Power - Three Output Modes

Eco mode trims the wattage to stretch the 1600mAh battery across longer days - useful when the next charge point is hours away. Normal is the daily setting, balancing flavour and battery for an average MTL session.

Power pushes the kit to its rated 30W maximum. Ideal for the 0.4Ω pod and 50/50 freebase e-liquid where a slightly warmer, looser draw works best.

Switching is a single swipe-and-tap on the touchscreen, with the active mode shown across the home display.

Two Pods in the Box

The Nano comes with two dual mesh pods - a 0.4Ω loose-MTL pod and a 0.8Ω tight-MTL pod. So first-time XROS owners can test both draw styles without buying spares.

The newer-generation mesh reads approximately 40% richer than the original mesh, with longer coil life across the pod's 2ml TPD capacity. The 0.4Ω pod pairs naturally with 50/50 freebase or 10mg nic salt.

The 0.8Ω with 10mg or 20mg nic salt for a tighter cigarette-style MTL.

XROS Pod Range Compatibility

The Nano is fully cross-compatible with the entire XROS pod line - every replacement pod from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω clicks straight in, whether it carries the original mesh or the newer dual mesh tech. Pick up the original-mesh XROS pods with original mesh tech if you prefer the warmer, slightly drier hit, or stay on the newer-generation XROS pods with dual mesh tech for richer flavour and longer life. Both fit the Nano's pod port identically; the difference is the coil generation inside the pod, not the pod shell.

How to Use the XROS 5 Nano

The kit ships ready to vape once a pod is filled and primed. Quick start sequence:

1. Pull the pod from the chassis, flip it over, and lift the silicone fill plug.
2. Fill with nic salt e-liquid or 50/50 freebase depending on the pod resistance.
3. Reseal the plug, click the pod back in, and leave the kit to prime for 3-5 minutes.
4. Five taps on the home button power the kit on. Swipe through themes, modes, and battery percentage.
5. Inhale to vape. Adjust the side airflow slider for a tighter or looser draw.
6. Charge via USB-C when the on-screen battery reads under 20%.

Available Colourways

The Nano launches in eight finishes spanning Damascus metallics, soft Satin pastels, and textured Leatherette wraps. Every colour comes with a matching lanyard.

Damascus finishes have a hammered metallic pattern across the alloy body. Leatherette adds a textured wrap for grip, and Satin sits between matte and gloss for fingerprint resistance.
