XROS 5 Mini HD Display with Six UI Themes

The colour HD display on the XROS 5 Mini gives a live read-out of battery percentage. Current wattage, pod resistance and puff count, with six preinstalled UI themes the user can switch between.

XROS 5 Mini Smart Mode and Power Adjustment

Smart Mode is the headline chipset feature on the XROS 5 Mini. The kit reads the resistance of whichever pod clicks in and dials the wattage into the right window automatically - no menu diving, no firmware fiddling.

Swap from a 0.8 ohm MTL pod to a 0.6 ohm RDL pod and the XROS 5 Mini re-tunes itself before the next puff. Vapers who want manual control can adjust the power and airflow on the XROS 5 Mini themselves.

Vapers who do not can leave the kit on Smart Mode and forget about it.

Adjustable Airflow and Activation on the XROS 5 Mini

The side airflow slider on the XROS 5 Mini runs from fully closed for a tight cigarette-style MTL pull through to wide open for a looser RDL hit. Together with enough mechanical resistance that the slider does not shift around in a pocket.

Activation is either inhale-only auto-draw or a side button press, the user picks. Auto-draw suits stealth vaping; button activation gives a slightly cleaner first hit on a fresh pod.

XROS 5 Mini Leather Edition

The Leather Edition is a four-colourway lineup with a textured wrap finish that sets the body apart from the standard aluminium and SMT finishes. The four finishes are Mist Black , Mist White , Retro Orange and Retro Pink .

Pod Compatibility

The XROS 5 Mini takes every pod in the Vaporesso XROS series from 0.4 ohm right through to 1.2 ohm, across both coil generations. The pod shell is universal - both the Corex 2.0 replacement pods and the newer Corex 3.0 Hive Mesh replacement pods click straight into the XROS 5 Mini and seat firm. The newer Corex 3.0 mesh gives the cleanest flavour and longest coil life on the XROS 5 Mini; the Corex 2.0 ladder runs a touch warmer and covers a slightly broader resistance spread for vapers who liked the older draw profile. Both fit, both fire, both work on Smart Mode.

How to Use the XROS 5 Mini

Setup takes under a minute out of the box. The basic flow:

1. Charge the kit fully using the supplied USB-C cable before first use.
2. Pull the COREX 3.0 pod from the kit, lift the side-fill stopper and fill with up to 2ml of nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid.
3. Reseat the stopper, click the pod back into the kit and leave it to prime for two to three minutes.
4. Either inhale on the mouthpiece for auto-draw firing or hold the side button and inhale.
5. Adjust the airflow slider to taste - closed for tight MTL, open for looser RDL - and swap UI themes from the display menu if preferred.
