The Vaporesso Gen Air 40 Replacement Pod is the genuine 3.5ml side-fill cartridge for the legacy Vaporesso Gen Air 40 pod kit. The Gen Air 40 device itself is discontinued in the UK line-up, but the cartridge is still in stock for owners who want to keep a working kit running rather than retire it.
Each cartridge takes the full GTX coil family through a press-fit head, so resistance choice runs from 1.2 ohm MTL down to lower-ohm restricted DTL depending on which coils you stock. Pods are sold as a 2-pack, giving you a fresh cartridge on the device plus one in reserve.
These cartridges fit the Vaporesso Gen Air 40 pod-mod kit only. They do not interchange with the Gen PT-series pods, the Luxe X family or any COREX-based platform. If you are unsure whether your kit is the Gen Air 40, the cartridge has a side-fill plug on the rear and a press-fit GTX coil slot in the base. The wider Vaporesso pods range covers cartridges for the current line-up if your kit is different.
The Gen Air 40 cartridge ships empty with no coil pre-installed. You will need a separate GTX coil before the pod is usable.
A short break-in at the lower end of the coil's wattage range protects the wicking and gives a cleaner flavour from the first puff.
