1500mAh Battery and Fast Charging

Elf Bar rates the 1500mAh battery for up to four days of use, depending on your power and mode. Fast charging at 5V/2A over USB-C takes it to 80% in about 35 minutes, and you can keep vaping while it charges, so there is no waiting around with a flat kit.

Eco and Turbo Modes

Every ELFX pod has dual mesh coils built in, so there are no separate vaping coils to buy, and the ELFX Ultra uses them two ways. Eco mode uses gentler power for what Elf Bar says is double the coil life, while Turbo pushes harder for intense flavour bursts. You switch between the two from the touch screen whenever you like, even halfway through a pod.

Adjustable Airflow and Side Button

The airflow switch takes the draw from tight MTL to airy DTL, so the same kit can feel like a cigarette or a looser lung hit. The side button does three jobs: it fires the coil if you prefer a button to drawing, locks and unlocks the screen, and turns the kit on and off.

Elf Bar Vape With a Touch Screen

The ELFX Ultra is the Elf Bar with a full touch screen. Elf Bar made the controls work like a phone: you tap and swipe to change the power, switch between Eco and Turbo, and pick one of four dynamic themes, with no button combinations to remember.

The screen also keeps count for you. It records your puffs and how long you vape, and a countdown timer of up to 60 minutes helps you pace a session. Around the screen, adjustable RGB lights come with 6 preset effects or 10 colours to make your own.

Elf Bar ELFX Ultra Pods and Coils

The ELFX Ultra takes ELFX dual mesh pods, which Elf Bar makes for every device in the ELFX series, from the Elf Bar ELFX to the ELFX Ultra. Each pod holds 2ml, fills from the top, and comes in the box at 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm.

Elf Bar gives a power range for each coil in each mode, and the e-liquid that suits it. Its chart goes higher on nic salt, but 20mg is the UK maximum:

The full 45W only comes with the 0.4 ohm pod, sold separately. When a pod wears out, ELFX replacement pods come in 0.6 and 0.8 ohm.

For e-liquid, Elf Bar designs the kit to be used with ELFLIQ liquid, its own 10ml range.

Other brands' nic salt e-liquids work too, at the strengths in the chart above.

Child Safety Lock

A 4-digit passcode locks the ELFX Ultra, the same way you unlock a phone, so it cannot be used by anyone who should not have it, children included. Elf Bar also builds in seven safety protections, from short circuit and overcharge to overheating, over-current and low battery. If the coil fires for more than 5 seconds without stopping, it cuts out on its own.
