2800mAh Battery and Fast Charging

The 2800mAh battery is what gives the ELFX Mega its name. Elf Bar rates it for up to 14 days of regular use on a single charge, longer than most refillable kits go between charges. When it does need power, Type-C 5V/2A fast charging gets it back without a long wait.

Turbo and Eco Modes

Each ELFX Mega pod has two mesh coils built in, so there are no separate vape coils to buy, and the modes use them differently. In Eco mode the coils work in turn, which Elf Bar says triples coil lifespan for longer sessions. In Turbo mode they fire together at up to 32W for intense flavour and dense vapour. The screen shows which mode you are in.

Adjustable Airflow

The airflow switch goes from min to max, so the same kit gives a tighter MTL draw or a looser RDL one. Elf Bar's chart pairs each pod and mode with an airflow setting: the 0.6 ohm pod in Turbo works at max, while 0.6 ohm in Eco and the 0.8 ohm pod in either mode work at min or max.

Elf Bar ELFX Mega Pods

The ELFX Mega takes ELFX Mega dual mesh refillable pods, which Elf Bar makes for the ELFX Mega series only. They fill from the side, come in 0.6 ohm and 0.8 ohm, and Elf Bar says QUAQ Dual Mesh with DURA Tech gives them three times the lifespan of traditional single mesh pods.

Elf Bar makes ELFX Mega pods in 2ml, 5ml and 10ml, but in the UK the kit and pods are the 2ml size, the legal limit for a refillable pod. When one wears out, ELFX Mega replacement pods come in both resistances.

For e-liquid, Elf Bar recommends its own ELFLIQ nic salts.

Other nic salt e-liquids up to the UK limit of 20mg work too, from a bottle with a nozzle narrow enough for the 3.5mm fill hole.

How to Refill the ELFX Mega Pod

Elf Bar gives four steps for filling the pod:

1. Gently pull the silicone plug open in the direction of the arrow.
2. Fill the pod with e-liquid.
3. Put the silicone plug back straight away to avoid leaks.
4. Wait 5 minutes before vaping, to avoid dry hits.

Refill before the e-liquid drops below the min line, and empty the pod if you will not use the kit for a long time.
