Are Big Puff Vapes Legal in the UK?
Yes. Big legal puffs are fully TPD compliant. Every big legal vape uses the same workaround - the 2ml pod limit still applies, but a separate auto-refill container gives you the extra capacity. You connect the two together yourself, and that is what bumps up the puff count.
Every kit at Ecigone is MHRA registered. You can check any kit by scanning the QR code on the packaging. That takes you to the MHRA listing where you can verify it is been registered for UK sale. If a big puff vape does not have a QR code or is not on the MHRA site, it is not legally registered.
How Do Big Puff Vapes Work?
Big puff vapes work the same as any prefilled pod vape kit. You inhale, the battery heats the coil, and that turns the e-liquid into vapour. No buttons on most kits - just draw and go.
What makes a big vape different is the auto-refill setup. Inside the kit there is a 2ml main pod with an integrated coil, plus a separate e-liquid container. The container feeds e-liquid into the pod as you vape, which is how you get puff counts way above the standard 600. The 2ml pod stays TPD compliant while the separate container gives you the extra capacity. When the whole pod assembly runs dry, you swap it for a new one and keep the battery.
