OXVA Xlim 4

The OXVA Xlim 4 gives you three set power levels instead of a wattage menu. A double press moves it between low, medium and high, and a ring light around the button shows which level you are on and how much charge is left. It joins the rest of the OXVA vapes we sell.

Inside the zinc alloy body is a 1600mAh battery that charges at 5V/2A, and it ships with the new XLIM top fill cartridge on UNITECH 3.0. OXVA designed that cartridge to fit the Xlim kits that came before it, so any Xlim pods you own already work in it.

Three Power Levels and the Ring Light

OXVA describe low as smooth and chill, medium as balanced and bold, and high as rich and punchy. Press the button twice within 2 seconds to change level and the ring light shows the one you are on. Press it four times to switch between two glow effects that light up as you draw.

UNITECH 3.0 Cartridge

The cartridge in the box is the new XLIM top fill on UNITECH 3.0. OXVA say it is ready to vape 30 seconds after filling, has 100% more leak protection than the cartridge before it, and keeps the flavour steady even when the battery is low.

How to Use the OXVA Xlim 4

To use the OXVA Xlim 4, fill the cartridge, wait 30 seconds, pick a power level and draw. These are the steps from OXVA's manual:

1. Fill the cartridge from the top with nic salt or freebase e-liquid and close it straight away to stop leaks.
2. Wait at least 30 seconds before the first puff on a new cartridge so the coil does not dry burn.
3. Push the cartridge into the kit.
4. Press the button once to see the battery level and power level on the ring light.
5. Press it twice within 2 seconds to change between low, medium and high.
6. Set the airflow, tighter for MTL or more open for RDL.
7. Draw to vape. It stops firing after 8 seconds as a safety cut off.

The ring light also tells you when something needs attention:

Light	What it means
Green	Battery at 65% to 100%
Blue	Battery at 30% to 65%
Red	Battery under 30%
Red flashes 10 times	Battery low, charge it
Blue flashes 3 times	Puff went over 8 seconds and stopped
Red flashes 5 times	Too hot, it stops working for a moment
Red flashes 3 times	Short circuit, check the cartridge

OXVA Xlim 4 Coils

The Xlim 4 has no separate coil to change. The coil is built into each XLIM top fill cartridge, so you swap the whole cartridge when the flavour fades. OXVA list four resistances, and the 0.8 ohm comes in the box:

Spare Xlim 4 coils and pods come in all four resistances, and OXVA list both nic salt and freebase e-liquid for them.

Is 0.8 or 0.6 Better for the Xlim 4

Pick the 0.8 ohm for a tight MTL draw like a cigarette, with higher strength nic salts. Pick the 0.6 ohm for a looser draw and more vapour, at 20 to 25W.

The Xlim 4 and the OXVA Xlim Pro 3 take the same cartridges. The Xlim 4 swaps the Pro 3's screen and wattage control for three set levels and a bigger battery:
