Evolv DNA Chipset and Flavour Replay

The Pro 2 DNA is based around the Evolv DNA One chipset, an industry-first for the Xlim platform and the only OXVA DNA vape in the Xlim line. Evolv has been making DNA boards for premium mods for over a decade, and this is the first time the tech has appeared inside a refillable pod kit.

The Flavour Replay function works like a memory bookmark. Find the perfect draw with the right balance of warmth, vapour and flavour, then press the dedicated Replay button on the side of the device. Every future puff recreates that exact experience.

This is paired with on-board anti-dry-hit AI. The chip monitors e-liquid level inside the cartridge and pulls back power before the cotton burns. No more harsh hits when the pod is low on e-liquid. Like every DNA board, it also has a storage mode that protects the 1300mAh battery during long spells unused.

Both features rely on the Stainless Steel pods, included in the box. Xlim V3 and EZ pods still fit for general vaping, but Replay and anti-dry-hit only activate with the SS line.

Variable power covers 5-30W via two side buttons under the screen. The chipset auto-detects pod resistance and snaps to a sensible default wattage. Each cartridge has its own ceiling and the kit will not let you exceed each pod's safe limit.

Pod Compatibility and Refilling

The Pro 2 DNA kit comes with two Stainless Steel pods in the box. One 0.6Ω is pre-installed and one 0.8Ω spare comes alongside. Both are 2ml refillable for UK TPD compliance.

Top-fill refilling is straightforward. Lift the silicone cover, slot in your e-liquid bottle nozzle, top up, replace the cover. The kit never needs to leave your hand for a refill.

OXVA recommends a five-to-eight minute soak with fresh e-liquid before first use. This stops the first hits tasting burnt.

Pod compatibility extends across the whole Xlim range. The Pro 2 DNA accepts every Xlim refill cartridge and the Xlim EZ range. Pair it with nic salt or 50/50 freebase e-liquids for the best flavour with mesh coils.
