Geekvape Z Nano 3 Vape Tank

The Z Nano 3 is the third generation of Geekvape's compact Zeus tank, and the two changes that matter are both about keeping e-liquid where it belongs. The fill cap now pushes open and stays attached to the tank, so there is nothing to unscrew and nothing to put down. Airflow comes in through the top rather than the base, which is the design that stops a tank weeping into your mod.

It is 28mm across and 57.25mm tall, which puts it in the same bracket as most 24mm to 30mm sub-ohm tanks without the bulk of a full size one. Two coils come in the box, one already fitted.

Z Nano 3 Key Features

The B Series Coil Range

The Z Nano 3 takes Geekvape B Series coils, the same family the Z Nano 2, Aegis Boost and Aegis Hero use, so a spare pack in your drawer is not wasted. Seven resistances cover the range.

Note there are two 1.2ohm coils in the B Series. The MTL one is rated 8W to 12W, the Classic one 10W to 14W. Both fit, they are tuned differently, and either suits nic salts at 10mg or 20mg.

Push to Open Filling

Press the top cap and it swings open, staying hinged to the tank. Fill, press it shut. There is no thread to cross, no cap balanced on the counter, and it can be done one handed.

Top Airflow and Why It Matters

Most leaks start at the base, where bottom airflow gives e-liquid a route straight out onto the mod. The Z Nano 3 draws air in at the top and channels it down inside the tank, so the only opening at the bottom is the coil itself. Pair it with a 70/30 shortfill on the sub-ohm coils.

Coming from the Z Nano 2

Your coils carry straight over, which is the main thing. What is new is the push to open cap and the top airflow, both of which are aimed at the leaking the Nano 2 was known for. 

Colours

Four finishes: Black, Blue, Silver and Rainbow. The Rainbow is the anodised multi-tone one that shifts depending on the light.
