Every Lost Mary pod featured here is a 2ml cartridge of prefilled nic salt. They come in two formats:

Pod on its own: BM600 and Crystal Pro pods, two to a pack. You fit a new pod when one is empty.
Pod and refill container: BM6000 and Nera packs pair the 2ml pod with a 10ml container that keeps it topped up, and you change the two together.

Lost Mary 10mg Pods

Every pod here is 20mg nic salt except for the BM6000. This one kit also has a lower strength option: five of its 57 flavours come in a 10mg strength option, in the same pod and container pack.

For 5mg, or to fill a refillable kit with e-liquid yourself, bottled Lost Mary e-liquid comes in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg.

How to Change a Lost Mary Pod

To change a Lost Mary pod, take the empty one out and fit a new pod made for the same kit. Each family works a little differently:

BM600: pull out the top plug and peel off the bottom sticker from the replacement pod, and it is ready to use.
BM6000: pull the pod out upwards, slide the container down to remove it, then fit the new pod and container.
Nera 30K and 15K: swap the empty pod and container for a full pair.
Crystal Pro: insert the new pod, then inhale to use it. There is no button.

No. Lost Mary pods arrive filled and are made to be replaced, not refilled from a bottle, so each kit takes a new pod when one is empty. For a vape you fill from a bottle, you need a refillable pod kit and bottled nic salt.

No. Lost Mary made 4 in 1 replacement pods, but we no longer sell them, and the pods are not made to be refilled with e-liquid, so once all four are empty the kit is done. For a Lost Mary you can keep buying pods for, the Nera 30K and BM6000 both take refill packs.

Every pod here comes in 20mg nic salt, and five BM6000 flavours also come in 10mg. We do not sell a 0mg Lost Mary pod.

Any flavour, as long as the pod is made for your kit. You can change flavour with every new pod, but a BM6000 pack is only made for the BM6000, for example.

Our advice is no. Each pod here is listed for a Lost Mary kit, not an Elf Bar one, so use it only in the kit it is listed for above.
