Most Lost Mary pods use QUAQ mesh coils. The mesh heats e-liquid evenly across the coil, which pulls more flavour from each puff and cuts the chance of dry hits. Every prefilled pod in the range comes loaded with 20mg nic salt for a smooth throat hit.
The newer kits use an auto-refill setup. A sealed container sits inside the kit and feeds e-liquid into a smaller 2ml pod as you vape. You get thousands of puffs without ever topping up manually. When the container runs out, you swap in a new one.

Only the Tappo refillable cartridge is meant to be refilled. All other Lost Mary pods are sealed prefilled units. Trying to open or top up a Lost Mary vape pod will damage it and void any warranty. If you want a Lost Mary vape you can fill, the Tappo range is the one to go for.
