Yes. Disposable inspired e-liquids are blended to copy the flavour and nicotine hit of popular disposables, so a refillable pod kit gives you the same taste. Nic salts that taste like disposables use the same 50/50 base and 20mg strength, which is why they feel so close to the original.

A standard UK disposable is 20mg (2%) nic salt, so a 20mg nic salt e-liquid gives the closest match. If 20mg feels a little strong in a refillable kit, 10mg is the usual step down. Shortfills are 0mg and suit bigger sub-ohm setups rather than pod kits.
