The SturdyONE RBA by Sturdy MFG is back with Batch 3 - and it’s better than ever. This revised edition keeps everything that made the original great, now with smarter tweaks and added extras. Designed for both Boro and DotAIO platforms, it comes with a Dot-sized tank and both black PEEK and brass Boro adapters for flexible setup options. The deck supports single coil builds up to 3.5mm ID and uses a direct wicking system for steady juice flow. Inside, the reduced chamber and domed cap are built to bring out serious flavour, and the reverse-threaded chimney stops dreaded Boro dumps. You also get five airflow pins, so you can fine-tune the draw exactly how you like it.

Cross-Platform Compatibility

The SturdyONE RBA is made to fit both Boro and Dot devices with no extra purchases needed. A Dot-sized tank comes in the box, along with black PEEK and brass Boro adapters - giving you full flexibility depending on the device you're using.

Wicking & Flavour Design

This RBA runs a direct wicking system for constant juice flow, keeping your coil saturated without dry hits. A reduced chamber and domed cap are built in to boost flavour, especially when using tighter airflow pins or higher resistance coils.

Airflow & Coil Support

It includes five airflow pins ranging from 1.0mm to 3.5mm, letting you adjust the draw to suit your vaping style - MTL, RDL, or wide open. The deck supports coils up to 3.5mm in diameter, giving you plenty of room to fine-tune your setup.

Chimney & Leak Prevention

A reverse-threaded chimney helps stop accidental boro dumps during tank removal, which means less mess and less stress. The 4.5mm bore is wide enough to support strong airflow while keeping flavour focused.
