What should I do if I cannot fire my device?

Try replacing the pod/coil for a new one, it may be an issue with an older pod/coil. Then remove the pod to check the gold plated pins on the device for dirt and debris or e-liquid spills. 

For sub-ohm tanks, check the coil has been inserted correctly and check that the mod can read the resistance of the coil correctly. Then make sure the tank has been fully screwed on to the mod (do not over tighten)

What should I do if the coil is burnt?

Please make sure you have purchased replacement coils/pods from authorised retailers such as Ecigone to ensure you are buying genuine coils/pods.

If you have been using the device for an extended period it may be that the coil has reached the end of its life and will now need to be replaced.

Always make sure your e-liquid level doesn’t dip below the minimum level (there will be an indicator on the pod that shows the minimum e-liquid level) continuing to vape past this level increases the chance of burning your coil.
