Stubby AIO V2 Boro Mod

The Stubby AIO V2 is a compact all-in-one boro mod, designed by Early Bird alongside vape reviewer Vaping Bogan and Orca Vape. It runs a single 18650 battery on the new Navigator 80 chipset for up to 80W. The build pairs aircraft-grade aluminium with 316L stainless steel, fully CNC machined.

This is the second-generation Stubby, around 10% smaller than the original but still fully boro-compatible. It comes with the redesigned TallBoy RBA Tank V2 and a magnetic boro adapter, so you can run squonk, RDTA, RDA and coil-head setups on one platform. It stays backwards compatible with your original Stubby tanks too.

Compact Redesign and Build

The Stubby V2 is around 10% smaller than the original, so it sits more comfortably in the hand and drops easily into a pocket. The chassis pairs aircraft-grade aluminium with 316L stainless steel, fully CNC machined for a tight, solid feel. It keeps all the flexibility the Stubby line is known for in a smaller footprint.

Navigator 80 Chip and Six Modes

At the core is the new Navigator 80 board, delivering up to 80W with fast response and precise power. Early Bird rate it at around 40% better battery efficiency than the original Stubby, so you get more vaping from a single 18650. Six modes cover Watt, Boost and Voltage, plus temperature control for nickel, stainless steel and titanium. That range suits newcomers to boro and experienced builders alike.

Boro Platform and Compatibility

The Stubby V2 is a customisable boro platform, not a fixed setup. With the included magnetic boro adapter you can run squonk, RDTA, RDA and coil-head configurations from the one device. It also stays backwards compatible with original Stubby tanks, so your existing gear carries straight over. That flexibility is the whole point of a boro AIO.

TallBoy RBA Tank V2

The kit includes the redesigned TallBoy RBA Tank V2, built for straightforward coil building and strong, clean flavour. Paired with the magnetic boro adapter, it opens up a wide range of configurations to dial in your ideal setup. It's a capable tank in its own right and gets you going right out of the box.
