The DotAIO V3 has finally arrived after the massive success of the DotAIO V2 and special edition versions. Dotmod took their time with this release and delivered a complete redesign - new aluminium chassis, upgraded custom chip, and the UK's first AIO device with fully customisable screen animations. Running on a single 18650 battery (sold separately), the DotAIO V3 gives 5-80W output with a 0.96" TFT colour display that you can personalise with your own images and GIFs. The kit includes the new DotAIO pods that work like refillable pod vape coils - just fill with e-liquid, vape until the coil fades, then bin and replace. Compatible with all previous Dot RBAs and Dot tanks for complete versatility.

The DotAIO V3 introduces something new to the UK AIO market - complete screen customisation through USB-C upload. Connect your device to a computer and upload your own GIFs (80x160 pixels, max 116 frames, 2.5 seconds) or JPGs (80x160 pixels). Create custom startup animations, personal logos, or rotating backgrounds. No special software needed - just drag and drop your files. This feature turns the DotAIO V3 into a truly personal AIO device that reflects your style.

New DotAIO Refillable Pods

The brand new DotAIO pods revolutionise how you use an AIO device. These pods work exactly like refillable pod kit coils - fill them with e-liquid, vape until the coil quality drops, then throw away the entire pod and start fresh. No more changing coils, no more cleaning tanks, no more burnt cotton taste. Four mesh coil options available: 0.2Ω for dense cloud production, 0.3Ω for restricted DTL with balanced flavour, 0.6Ω for loose MTL draws, and 1.0Ω for tight MTL satisfaction. Each pod gives consistent performance from first fill to last.

Complete Tank Compatibility

The DotAIO V3 maintains full backwards compatibility with the entire Dot ecosystem. Use any previous Dot RBA for building your own coils - the original Dot RBA, Dot RBA M, or any special editions all fit perfectly. Previous Dot tanks work smoothly too, giving you access to years of Dotmod accessories and upgrades. The modular platform means you can use the simple DotAIO pods one day, switch to an RBA for building the next, or use traditional tanks with replaceable coils. One device handles every vaping style.

Modular Design Platform

Every component on the DotAIO V3 can be swapped and customised. Change panels to different colours or limited edition designs, swap buttons for different materials, switch between the new pods, RBAs, or tanks, and choose from Dotmod's extensive drip tip collection. The side airflow system with viewing window works across all configurations. This modularity extends device lifespan - replace individual parts rather than buying new devices. Chip Performance & Safety

Dotmod's new custom chip brings faster firing speed, accurate power delivery, and comprehensive safety protections. Protection features include short-circuit, over-current, low battery warning, reverse battery, open-circuit, electrostatic, over-temperature, and 10-second cutoff. Power adjusts in 0.1W increments from 5W to 80W, with automatic coil detection suggesting optimal wattage. The chip handles everything from 0.15Ω cloud builds to 1.2Ω MTL setups.

At 88.73mm tall, 45.76mm wide, and 23.6mm thick, the DotAIO V3 fits comfortably in hand or pocket. The aluminium chassis weighs just 105g without battery, keeping it lightweight for all-day carry. Five colour options suit different styles - classic Silver and Gunmetal, stealthy Black, bold Red, and striking Royal Blue. The frame uses M2*4.5 set screws with included covers for clean finishing. Every kit includes spare O-rings, airflow rings, and a 510 flush nut for maximum compatibility.
