IVG 2400 Reload Pod Formats

IVG 2400 reload pods are the prefilled refill packs that drop into the IVG 2400 4-in-1 multi-flavour vape kit.

The same packs also fit the smaller IVG Reload Mini starter kit. Three pack formats sit on the same 2ml prefilled pod hardware.

The 4-in-1 multi-flavour pack ships four pods in one themed set, one of each flavour. The 2-in-1 dual-flavour pack ships two paired pods. The single-flavour 2-in-1 pack ships two pods of the same flavour.

Every reload pod holds 2ml of 20mg nic salt e-liquid in a 50/50 VG/PG blend, with a built-in mesh coil pre-installed. No 10mg or 0mg options on the 2400 line.

Single-flavour 2-in-1 packs

Compatibility with the IVG 2400 Kit and Reload Mini

Reload pods fit two kits only: the full-size IVG 2400 4-in-1 vape kit and the smaller IVG Reload Mini starter kit. The 2400 kit holds all four pods in a rotating barrel and you twist between flavours. The Reload Mini takes one pod at a time in a pocket-friendly body, and you swap pods as you go.

The pod shape and coil system stay identical between the two kits, so the same reload pack fits both.

IVG 2400 reload pods do not fit the IVG Air, IVG Pro, IVG Smart Max, IVG XL 35K or IVG SAVR kits. Each IVG platform uses its own pod shape and coil system. Keep reload orders matched to 2400 hardware.

How the Reload Pod Format Works

The 4-in-1 kit holds four 2ml pods at once in a rotating barrel. Lift the top cap, twist to the number matching the flavour you want, push the cap back down, then take a draw. Inhale fires the kit on auto-draw, no buttons.

Setting a reload pack into the kit takes about a minute:

• Pop the top cap off the kit
• Peel the rubber seal off the bottom of each pod
• Push all four pods into the slots, one way only
• Click the top cap back on
• Line the arrow up with number 1 and take a draw

For 2-in-1 packs, both pods slot into any two of the four positions if you are using the 4-in-1 kit. Or drop them into the Reload Mini one at a time. When a pod runs dry, pull it out and click a fresh one in.

The kit body itself never needs filling by hand because every pod ships prefilled at the factory.

Replacing 2400 Pods

The 2400 pod shows when it is empty:

• Flavour drops off or tastes muted - mesh coil saturation falls near end of pod
• Vapour thins out - mesh coil heat profile changes as liquid runs low
• Faint burnt note - means the pod is dry, swap immediately

Click the empty pod out, slot a fresh one in, line the arrow back up and carry on. Only the reload pod changes. The kit body stays as it is.

A single reload pod typically lasts approximately 1 to 3 days depending on how often you vape. A full 4-in-1 pack typically lasts approximately one week. Unopened reload packs keep flavour for around 12 to 18 months from manufacture.

All usage durations are approximate and will vary with vaping style, puff length and frequency of use.

Reload Format Cost Story

A 4-in-1 reload pack delivers roughly the same approximate 2,400 puffs as the old single-use 2400 disposable, but at noticeably less per puff. Spend drops further on the 2-in-1 packs (up to 1,200 puffs across two pods) or on box-of-10 multipacks for the most regular vapers.
