IQOS ILUMA Starter Kit

The standard ILUMA is the two piece device in the range: a slim holder that takes the stick, and a pocket charger that carries the reserve. The holder is 101 mm long, 14.5 mm across and weighs 30.5g; the pocket charger is 121.5 x 47 x 23.4 mm and 116.5g. The holder runs two consecutive uses on its own charge, and the pocket charger refills it twenty times before it needs a socket.

• Uses: 2 consecutive from the holder, with 20 holder charges held in the pocket charger.
• Heating: SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM, no blade, no residue and no cleaning.
• Auto start: heating begins as soon as a TEREA stick goes in.
• Holder charging: around 1 minute 50 for one use, around 5 minutes 15 from empty to two.
• Pocket charger: around 135 minutes for a full charge over USB Type C.
• Sticks: TEREA and LEVIA only. HEETS do not fit.
• Colours: Sunset Red, Pebble Grey, Pebble Beige, Azure Blue and Moss Green.

How it differs from the i ONE

The ILUMA i ONE is a single body with 20 uses in it and nothing else to carry, but once it is flat you are at a socket. The standard ILUMA splits the job: the holder is lighter in the hand and the pocket charger keeps twenty more uses with you. What the standard ILUMA does not have is the touch screen, Pause Mode or FlexPuff, all of which arrived with the ILUMA i generation.
