How to Tell if Your Nevoks Product is Genuine

Firstly, always buy your vaping hardware and accessories from trusted retailers, it may be tempting to save a few £’s by buying from non-vape related businesses and online auction sites but, unfortunately due to the popularity of vaping in recent years there are many fake or counterfeit products on the market today.

Buying from Ecigone will guarantee that the products you buy will be 100% genuine but, if you are still unsure, most manufacturers place ‘scratch and check’ barcodes/serial numbers on the back of the packaging. Simple scratch this area off to reveal the barcode/serial number and follow the instructions to check your product is genuine.

Are Nevoks Products Suitable for Me?

What should I do if I cannot charge my device?

Firstly, always make sure you are charging your device with the included USB-C charging cable. Secondly, try using the cable on another device (phone/laptop/tablet etc.) Failing that check to see if there are any indicator lights on the device or any warning/error messages on the devices screen (if it has one) If all of the above has failed please contact us for advice.

What should I do if I cannot fire my device?

Try replacing the pod/coil for a new one, it may be an issue with an older pod/coil. Then remove the pod to check the gold plated pins on the device for dirt and debris or e-liquid spills.

For sub-ohm tanks, check the coil has been inserted correctly and check that the mod can read the resistance of the coil correctly. Then make sure the tank has been fully screwed on to the mod (do not over tighten)

What should I do if the coil is burnt?

Please make sure you have purchased replacement coils/pods from authorised retailers such as Ecigone to ensure you are buying genuine coils/pods.

If you have been using the device for an extended period it may be that the coil has reached the end of its life and will now need to be replaced.

Always make sure your e-liquid level doesn’t dip below the minimum level (there will be an indicator on the pod that shows the minimum e-liquid level) continuing to vape past this level increases the chance of burning your coil.

What warranty do Nevoks products have?

What do I do if my Nevoks device is faulty?

Firstly, please contact Ecigone in the first instance so we can either replace or refund your order if you product has been found to be faulty (Please keep and return in the original packaging)
