Two things splitting the work. Blue raspberry carries the sweetness, and the lemonade sits underneath it doing the sharpening, which stops the raspberry going flat halfway through a tank. It also brings a light fizz on the exhale. Sharper than Mr Blue, which uses the same blue raspberry base but leaves the citrus in the background.

Nic salt is what makes a flavour this sweet workable at 20mg. Freebase at that strength would be harsh enough to bury the raspberry, whereas salt nicotine stays smooth and lets the flavour through.
