Every bottle in the ELFLIQ nic salts range is a 50/50 mix made for MTL vaping, and Elf Bar rates a 10ml bottle at approximately 3,000 puffs.

What Kits Can You Use ELFLIQ Watermelon In?

ELFLIQ Watermelon goes in any MTL refillable pod kit with a coil from 0.8 to 1.4 ohm, including Elf Bar's own ELFA Turbo and ELFX Ultra. It is not made for sub-ohm tanks, and it cannot go in prefilled pods.

Elf Bar suggests 20mg for heavier smokers and 10mg for around 5 to 15 cigarettes a day, with 5mg for stepping down.
