Every bottle in the ELFLIQ nic salts range is a 50/50 mix made for MTL vaping, and Elf Bar rates a 10ml bottle at approximately 3,000 puffs.

What Flavour Is ELFLIQ Menthol?

ELFLIQ Menthol tastes of strong, cold menthol with a peppermint edge. It is the coldest of ELFLIQ's mints. Spearmint is softer and sweeter, and Peace Mint is milder still.

What Kits Can You Use ELFLIQ Menthol In?

ELFLIQ Menthol goes in any MTL refillable pod kit with a coil from 0.8 to 1.4 ohm, including Elf Bar's own ELFA Turbo and ELFX Ultra. It is not made for sub-ohm tanks, and it cannot go in prefilled pods.

Elf Bar suggests 20mg for heavier smokers and 10mg for around 5 to 15 cigarettes a day, with 5mg for stepping down.
