Elf Bar 600 Rechargeable Vape

The Elf Bar 600 prefilled pod kit is the rechargeable version of the Elf Bar 600. Single use vapes were banned in the UK from 1 June 2025, so the Elf Bar 600 is no longer a disposable but a prefilled pod vape: you keep the kit, charge it over USB-C and click in a new pod when the old one is empty.

Each kit comes with one prefilled pod of 20mg nic salt, the same 2ml as the old disposable. It is part of the wider Elf Bar range of rechargeable kits and pods.

Replaceable Prefilled Pods

The Elf Bar 600 takes Elf Bar 600 replacement pods, sold in twin packs. Each pod has its own coil, so a fresh pod means fresh flavour. The pods are sealed and not made to be refilled: when one is empty, pull it out and push in the next. Elf Bar also lists the kit as compatible with its ELFA pod series.

Inhale Activated MTL Draw

There is no button to press. The kit fires when you draw on the mouthpiece, with a tight mouth to lung draw that suits people moving across from cigarettes.

It suits people coming from single use vapes too, and the 50/50 VG/PG nic salt gives a smooth throat hit at 20mg.

How to Charge an Elf Bar 600

Charge the Elf Bar 600 with a USB-C cable:

1. Plug a USB-C cable into the port at the base of the kit.
2. Connect the cable to a USB plug or a computer.
3. Unplug the kit when you have finished charging.

The light at the base shows white while the battery is above 30% and red once it drops below 30%, so red is your sign to charge soon. Elf Bar rates the 500mAh battery at 48 hours on a single charge, and heavier use means charging sooner.

How to Use the Elf Bar 600

Setting up the Elf Bar 600 takes a few seconds:

1. Remove the plugs from both ends of the prefilled pod.
2. Push the pod into the top of the kit until it clicks into place.
3. Draw on the mouthpiece to vape. The kit fires as you inhale.
4. When the pod is empty, pull it out and push in a new one.
