The OXVA NeXlim is only slightly taller and thicker than previous Xlim devices, so you won't have to worry about it being bulky or cumbersome—it's just as slim and sleek as the older Xlim models, like the Xlim Pro 2. OXVA knows that the designs of its Xlim devices were popular, and it's nice to see they haven't forgotten. 

The battery and power of the OXVA NeXlim get a 5/5. Its 1500mAh battery easily lasts a full day and charges up faster than any pod kit I've ever used before.

The OXVA NeXlim utilises a 1500mAh battery, and while this is quite impressive, sometimes companies aren't quite as truthful about battery capacity as we'd like. That is most definitely not the case here. 

I'm not sure if it's just because it is a proper 1500mAh battery or the technology used is so good that it keeps it running at beyond optimal condition, but this device was at about 52% when I plugged it in before I went to take a shower, and about 12 minutes later when I was done, it was back up to 100%. They've got to have wizards working at OXVA, I'm sure of it.

It also lasts all day and then some. From a full charge at about 8am and a pretty heavy use throughout the day, it still had a good amount of charge left when I went to bed at around 10pm. The OXVA NeXlim can produce up to 40W of power, which is awesome for such a small device. Having said that, I don't think anyone using a pod kit will feel a need to go up to 40W (I know I didn't), but it's sure nice to have the option. Thanks, OXVA!

The airflow and vaping styles of the OXVA NeXlim get a 5/5. Adjustable airflow allows for easy fine-tuning to your exact needs, and the ability to switch between both MTL and RDL is just delightful.

Adjustable airflow is a pretty common feature when it comes to pod kits, but the OXVA NeXlim makes it feel effortless. The slider is just stiff enough to not accidentally get adjusted while in your pocket or a bag and provides such a precise level of control that I found myself fiddling with it a lot to get the airflow just right - and it felt great when I did.

As for vaping styles, thanks to said airflow control, the OXVA NeXlim allows for both MTL (Mouth-to-lung) and RDL (Restricted direct-to-lung) vaping styles. Sadly, there's no DTL (Direct to Lung), but there are only a small handful of pod kits that can do this, so unless that's what you're after, you'll be right at home with the OXVA NeXlim pod kit.

The pod and resistances of the OXVA NeXlim get a 5/5. You won't find better anywhere else ,with three different resistances to choose from in completely redesigned pods that ooze flavour and advanced vaping technology.

These pods also come in three different resistances—0.6 Ohm, 0.8 Ohm, and 1.2 Ohm. The kit comes with the 0.6 and 0.8 Ohm, and all three are available for purchase separately.

The OXVA NeXlim pod kit is the best device OXVA has ever produced. Period. Its array of colours and finishes, paired with its 40W power output and super speedy and powerful 1500mAh battery, make it such a treat to use. I've loved using the Xlim SQ Pro, and the OXVA NeXlim felt like a natural progression from the Xlim line.

The final pod of the original Xlim line - the Xlim EZ pod - pretty much fixed all the gripes vapers had with the OXVA Xlim V2 side filling pods and the OXVA Xlim V3 top fill versions, but the OXVA NeXlim replacement pod takes it to a whole new level. Now, with better leak-proof technology than ever before, you won't find even the smallest drop of e-liquid escaping. 

The coils in the OXVA NeXlim replacement pods have also been upgraded, lasting ages before needing to be changed and providing even more flavour than I ever thought possible.

OXVA has truly outdone itself with this new pod. I honestly thought they had reached their peak with the Xlim EZ pods, but somehow, they've made the OXVA NeXlim pods even better - they truly are a miracle of vaping technology.

The filling and resistance of the OXVA NeXlim replacement pods get a 5/5. The side-filling port is tight fitting and easy to use, while the options for three different resistances, two of which come in the box with the device, make finding the right resistance for you a dream.

Filling pods has always been a point of contention for me. It's either too fiddly, the rubber bung isn't quite tight enough, or there isn't enough room for the e-liquid bottle to fit in all the way. Not here. The side-filling port on the OXVA NeXlim replacement pods is pretty much flawless. The rubber bung is easy to remove but fits back in snuggly, and there's ample room for the bottle nozzle to fit in, eliminating the risk of spills. The only reason you won't like it is if you already don't like side-filling pods.

As for resistances, you get three different ones - 0.6 Ohm, 0.8 Ohm and 1.2 Ohm. The 0.6 and 0.8 Ohm come with the device, but all three can be bought separately and are only £9.99 with Ecigone!
