How do you unlock an OXVA vape?

Press the fire button five times in quick succession. The screen or LED will flash to confirm the kit is unlocked, then steady to show it is ready to draw.

The lock is a pocket-firing safeguard fitted to OXVA kits with a fire button, including the Xlim Pro 3, Xlim Pro 2 DNA, NeXlim and VPrime. Auto-draw kits like the Xlim Go 2 have no fire button and no lock function, so they activate on inhale and idle off between draws.

How long do OXVA pods last?

An OXVA pod typically lasts five to seven days of refilling with bottled e-liquid before the coil starts losing flavour clarity. Sweeter recipes and high-VG shortfills shorten that window. Lower-strength nic salts at sub-2% nicotine usually stretch it longer.

Three signs the pod is done. Flavour drops off on the draw and vapour thins out even on a fresh charge. A slight burnt edge creeps in on the inhale. Swap in a fresh OXVA pod when any of those hit.

Why is my OXVA vape not working?

Four common causes. The kit may be locked from five rapid presses, so tap the fire button five times to unlock. The battery may be flat, so charge over USB-C until the indicator goes solid.

The pod could be empty or burnt, so fill or swap it. If the contacts are wet, pull the pod, dry the well with a tissue, and refit.

If the kit still does not fire after those four checks, the pod itself may be at fault. Try a fresh pod first before assuming the kit needs returning.
