Uwell Caliburn G5

The Uwell Caliburn G5 is a 35W refillable pod kit with a 1600mAh battery, AlphaCore coil technology, and customisable UI themes. Part of the Caliburn range and the newest kit in the G5 series. Aluminium alloy body with a soft-touch TPU mouthpiece on the included GPP Alpha pod. Adjustable side airflow for MTL and RDL vaping. Auto-draw activation with smart triple-tap controls. Three pods come in the box: one GPP Alpha cartridge and two standard GPP pods. The GPP Alpha uses AlphaCore coil technology for a longer coil lifespan than the standard GPP pods, so flavour holds up further into the pod's life. The Caliburn G5 works with the full GPP pod range from 0.4 ohm through to 1.2 ohm covering RDL and MTL. Pairs with nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids across the range. GPP Alpha pods are available separately when you need replacements.

The G5 is the full-featured version of the G5 series. The G5 KOKO has the same battery and pod range in the square KOKO shape, and the G5 Lite is the simpler, entry-level option.

AlphaCore Technology and GPP Pods

The GPP Alpha pod included in the box uses AlphaCore coil engineering to extend the lifespan of the coil. In practice, this means the flavour stays consistent for longer before it starts to drop off. The soft-touch TPU mouthpiece on the Alpha pod is more comfortable during longer sessions than the standard GPP mouthpiece.

The Caliburn G5 takes the full GPP pod range:

All GPP pods hold 2ml (TPD) and feature mesh coils. Replace the whole pod when flavour drops off.

Caliburn G5 Controls and UI Themes

The Caliburn G5 uses smart triple-tap controls. Three taps of the button cycles through mode, screen brightness, and UI switching, so everything is set from one button with no separate fire key.

Each of the seven colours has its own UI theme on the display, and the theme can be changed independently of the finish. The triple-tap controls and customisable themes are what set the full G5 apart from the draw-activated G5 Lite and the square G5 KOKO.
